By accessing or using the services provided by CCW Chico Concrete Works, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or website.

Services Provided

CCW Chico Concrete Works provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, or scope changes discovered during the project. We will inform you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require:

• A deposit before work begins
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon project completion

Late payments may be subject to interest charges. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated project timelines in good faith. However, weather conditions, material delays, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control may affect completion dates. We will communicate any delays promptly and work diligently to keep your project on track.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settling, or acts of nature. Any warranty claims must be reported in writing within a reasonable time after discovery.

Liability Limitations

CCW Chico Concrete Works maintains appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the contracted services. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked, existing structures not disclosed, or pre-existing conditions. We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring any HOA approvals are obtained before work begins. All work will be performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled project with written notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred. Deposits for cancelled projects may be non-refundable depending on work already completed or materials ordered.

Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. If legal action is necessary, both parties consent to the jurisdiction of courts in Butte County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
